Nice terrace .. very cozy Wines from Proschwitz Castle & served on Meissen porcelain, whoever has style feels at home here ...

Highly recommended if you have a sense of humor. What we experienced here in terms of "guest inquiries" during our stay here falls under the category of being ashamed of others. If you are nice and funny yourself, it will come back that way. Anyone who has no sense of humor and wants to be dumped like a ski hut has to go somewhere else. We thought it was great and would love to come back!

The rosé was delicious even without ice cream! Funny, handy boss, just as we like it. .. and I was lucky that I could go to the clo without a mask !! 😉😅

Very cozy place with nice atmosphere. Unfortunately the cake was burned, which could not elicit a word of apology or a discount from the waitress, who also seemed to be the owner. I can't judge the quality of the restaurant, the wine list is excellent. Conclusion: it may deserve a second chance. Due to the answer and the ignorance contained therein, I am reducing my rating and will never enter this place again.

Great location in the heart of Quedlinburg. Two very personable and attentive waiters. Food appealing.

Very nice at the beginning, relaxed sayings from the waitress, drinks came quickly. Food was ok but overpriced. However, the mood changed after about 45 minutes. You were no longer served or observed. Called several times, the saying was: you couldn't do witches after one of us got cashed and we had to wait almost half an hour again for someone to come. Drinks or the like were no longer accepted anyway and could not be ordered. The main thing was that the table could be reserved. Absolutely not recommended and disappointing. There definitely better food and nicer restaurants

You are literally begging for double negative reviews! Since my girlfriend has already rated, I wanted to leave it at that, but your answer is a cheek and I can't let that sit on us! Perhaps you have noticed that there are holiday apartments across from your restaurant and that several tenants may be lost in your restaurant. So maybe you should consider what answers to give to whom! You couldn't remember anything yesterday and mixed us up. We were the ladies who ordered a table for four from you on Friday! But inattention was your trademark!

Great location but otherwise not recommended. The food is served on Meissen porcelain, which is likely to distract from the small portions, inappropriately priced, and poor food. The cheeky snout of the service is borderline. We left the food and left.

Price-performance ratio does not fit, had salmon with pasta and spinach, tomatoes thrown cold on the salmon (tomato concassée would have been perfect). But the wait staff didn't even ask if it was tasty.

Very unfriendly service Price performance doesn't fit either Leaf salad is served with earth but without dressing So in conclusion: I really can't recommend it ..... we had: salmon on lettuce and a crumb of earth in the salad !!!!! So cheeky and outrageous the answer and the service! An apology or an admission -> nil well without comment

We have never been treated more rudely. My wife asked: We are looking for a table for 2 people, tables were also not occupied, of course reserved, but in Covid times, the staff should be asked first. Answer staff: "Nice for you" and left

The vanilla ice cream benefit is excellent .... What a delicious combination .... Great .. Service is great ... 👍

Very nice cafe. Wonderful plum cake, like with nuts and a great vanilla ice cream sundae with strawberries. Unfortunately no masks were worn by the waiter. He and many of his guests are probably immune to Covid. The restaurant is very nice and recommended.

Delicious eaten, great Meißen wine and served on Meißen porcelain 😋 the "snout" of the gentlemen is very quick, okay for us, but not always appropriate. Laughter is sometimes the best way to show your teeth Zähne

Delicious and super fresh food at really fair prices. The dog was very welcome, the service was super nice and courteous. Great recommendation

Rude staff. Came there wishing to have some wine with friends.We aimed to check a menu. I took it from a nearest table without a mark "reserved". A waiter who appeared one second later asked if we have reservation. After negative answer (half empty restaurant), he years a menu out of my hands and puts it back to table with comment "don't make chaos here"l. Customers will come soon". Well, we were the customers. 25.07.2020 18:06. Check, who was on schedule at this day and time and fire him. This waiter should clean the kitchen, not working with ppl.

The food was not really special and a bit lukewarm. We are Dutch who speak a little bit of German but not perfect. The waiter couldn't speak English and didn't take the time to understand us. At first he thought we were Danes because he didn't like us. When we said we were Dutch he became even more unkind, cynical and sarcastic. (apparently had he had problems with Dutch or Danes before?) Before we would order our dessert he suddenly wanted to pay, another miscommunication. When it turned out that we did not have enough coins with us to pay for dessert, so 1 of us had to pay by pin somewhere. Shouldn't be a problem because the other one stayed at the table anyway. But in Germany they have (still) not invented the debit card so that waiter thought we were REALLY broke and he started annoying that we had to withhold money to drive back to the Netherlands. Then we skipped dessert and paid the necessary money and left. ps: Most reviews here come from Germans, who don't know this problem because he was very nice to them.

Unfortunately very unfriendly shop. We just wanted to have a drink at 5:30 p.m. after a walk through the beautiful old town. Were sent away with the note that there was only dinner. After my expression of amazement there was the comment: "We have been doing this for 14 years". For someone who is visiting Quedlinburg for the first time, this is unfortunately not apparent and also not understandable. Too bad, but luckily there are nice alternatives at close range. Addendum: It is always nice to be offended by restaurant operators afterwards! But the answer fits the overall impression. The day before yesterday in the rain luckily found this nice little restaurant. The waiter did not leave us in the rain and was otherwise very lovely. Everything was delicious and fresh and cozy. Should we come to Quedlinburg again, we would like to stop there again.

Light cuisine at bigger prices. Focus on salads. A beer comes to 4 €. The service is friendly, but does not want to have an unnecessarily large number of guests. The same applies to most restaurants on the market. And from 8:00 p.m. the curbs will be raised. (Man must have made his money.)

Good food and good service. We had a blast.

We arrived close to closing time,the cook I think may have been also the owner, we were offered a table the food was excellent and a great atmosphere well worth the visit, looking forward to returning.

Aggressive and rude service . Kellner throw us away and refuse to apologize . We just ask to clean table after previous Guests . Kellner said that we should talk and open our mouth only in our country. I am shocked .. first time in 7 years in Germany I have so bad experience . Pls avoid this place

I think to find advocate. I was throw away with my family and teenager because we ask to clean table . It was sad for all. We was asked to open a moth only in our land. Waiter was aggressive and looks dangerous . City is awesome if you do not want to loose a good mode and old city magic - pls avoid this place . Neonazi communication style

Good restaurant

This is a restaurant that serves good although in my opinion overpriced food. Nevertheless it would be a decently good restaurant if they would have a better service. Our experience was negative. At the end of the dinner the waiter was very impolite. We were guilty of not having specified that we want separated bills. Instead of politely solving the problem, the waiter threw his notes and bill on the table and impolitely told us "now you calculate the separated bill by yourself". Unacceptable behaviour. We do not recommend this restaurant.

The location is beautiful and the food there is very good; however I think it is overpriced. One could get similar food quality in many other restaurants in Quedlinburg. What is important to warn to other costumers is about the costumer service, it is terrible. We have been there few times and the waiters never shone for their service, but last time some waiters there are as impolite as one can be, they don't make you feel comfortable and their attitude does not invite costumers to come back. There are many excellent and inviting restaurants in Quedlinburg, I don't consider Benedikt one of them.
